Mike Bergstrom – President
Mike graduated in 1987 from California State University at Chico with a degree in Construction Management program and has 23 years of experience in construction. Mike has owned Lyncon Construction for 8 years and is the sole Owner. Prior to Lyncon Mike held positions with Turner, Swinerton and XL Construction.

Sean Anderson– Senior Project Manager
Sean graduated in 2002 from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management.  Sean has over 11 years of experience as both a project engineer and project manager in construction working for a large international General Contractor.  Sean has managed all aspects of construction from budgeting, preconstruction, design development, estimating, scheduling, through project closeout for multiple projects ranging in size from $1M to $50MM.

Mike Amy – Project Manager
Mike graduated in 2008 from California state university at Chico out of the Construction Management program. Mike came directly from school to industry and is currently involved in estimating and managing several projects at Lockheed Martin as well as a project at Anaspec bio-pharmaceutical. Mike’s first assignment at Lyncon out of school was a preconstruction assignment for a large R & D lab in Palo Alto.

Todd Roder – Project Superintendent
Todd has 20 years of commercial construction experience with Lyncon. Todd’s experience includes clean rooms, data centers, tenant improvements and industrial applications. To date Todd had integral role in completing the B156H project for Lockheed Martin. Todd also has extensive experience with design build. Todd’s project client list includes Sun Microsystems, Agile software, Lockheed Martin, Aspect communication to name a few. Todd maintains a 30 hour annual OSHA certificate as well as red cross certificates for health and safety.

Mike Blaisdell – Project Superintendent
Mike has 12 years of commercial construction experience with Lyncon construction. Mike started his career at Lyncon working for Exodus communications building out fast tracked – design build data centers. Mike also has extensive experience at other campus’ in the bay area including Lockheed Martin, Qualcomm and TSMC. Mike maintains a 30 hour annual OSHA certificate as well as red cross certificates for health and safety.

Tricia Boone – Office Manager
Tricia has been Lyncon since 2001 and has been in the construction industry for 16 years. Tricia provides a valuable role to the office function of our company. Tricia’s responsibilities including subcontract administration, subcontractor insurance validation, surety program maintenance, record drawing & project close out function and human resources. Tricia also provides additional support with her extensive experience with our Project management software.

Melissa Faga – Accounting Manager
Melissa started with Lyncon as an administration assistant 5 years ago and has become our accounting manager. She handles all accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, client invoicing, cash flow projections and month end close. She also manages the year end audit with our CPA.
