Mike Bergstrom – President
Mike graduated in 1987 from California State University at Chico with a degree in Construction Management program and has 23 years of experience in construction. Mike has owned Lyncon Construction for 9 years and is the sole Owner. Prior to Lyncon Mike held positions with Turner, Swinerton and XL Construction.

Windy Tenggara – Project Manager/Estimator
Windy graduated in 2003 from the University of California at Berkeley earning a Master’s degree in Construction Management and also holds a degree in Civil Engineering. Windy started her career at Lyncon in 2005 and has proven to be a valuable asset with her Project Management and Estimating skills.

Mike Amy – Project Manager
Mike graduated in 2008 from California State University at Chico out of the Construction Management program. Mike came directly from school to Lyncon and is currently involved in estimating and managing projects for Lockheed Martin, Anaspec Bio-Pharmaceutical, XO Communications, and East Side Union High School District.

Todd Roder – Project Superintendent
Todd has 20 years of commercial construction experience with Lyncon. Todd’s experience includes clean rooms, data centers, tenant improvements and industrial applications. To date Todd had integral role in completing the B156H addition project for Lockheed Martin. Todd also has extensive experience with design build projects. Todd’s project client list includes Sun Microsystems, Agile software, Lockheed Martin, Santa Clara County to name a few. Todd completed the OSHA 30 hour safety course and maintains American Red Cross First Aid and CPR certifications.

Mike started his career at Lyncon working for Exodus communications building out fast tracked – design build data centers. Mike also has extensive experience at other campus’ in the bay area including Lockheed Martin, Qualcomm and TSMC. Mike completed the OSHA 30 hour safety course and maintains American Red Cross First Aid and CPR certifications.

Tricia Boone – Office Manager
Tricia has been Lyncon since 2001 and has been in the construction industry for 16 years. Tricia’s responsibilities including overseeing all office operations and project administration functions including subcontract administration, subcontractor insurance validation, record drawing & project closeout functions, corporate insurance and surety programs and all human resources functions. Tricia also provides staff training with her extensive experience with our project management software.

Melissa Faga – Accounting Manager
Melissa started with Lyncon as an administration assistant/accounts payable 5 years ago and has since become our accounting manager. She oversees all accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, client invoicing, cash flow projections and month end close. She also manages the year end audit with our CPA.

Andrea Mazenko – Project Coordinator/Accounts Payable
Andrea has been with Lyncon since 2009. In addition to her duties in Acounts Payable, Andrea is responsible for subcontract insurance certificates administration, certified payroll and assisting the the Construction Management staff with project coordinator duties.
