At Lyncon we believe the best run companies must be up to date with the latest construction management tools and methods. We routinely send office staff and field personnel to day long seminars to get the latest in training whether it is for project management or a safety course for the field personnel. Our mentoring type of instruction allows for the newer staff to get the needed project experience but to also have a person assigned in case of an issue. From the start of a career at Lyncon a person is exposed to all things relating to construction from conceptual estimating to document control.
