New construction consisting of four levels of post tensioned concrete structure located in downtown Mountain View’s high density area. The building totals 27,000 square feet of class “A” office space which will achieve LEED Gold. The structure design features a complex design were no exterior columns for the elevated floors exist this allows the building elevated levels to “float”.

The building is being constructed on an historical site that featured one of the oldest structures in this area. The historical structure was removed and preserved for future display for the residents of Mountain View. The new building will house an interactive display memorializing the past history of this site as well as the future of Mountain View.
